There’s been some restructuring in how I operate my several businesses. I have my freelance business, and I used to operate that solely out of my kryshathayer.com site. However, that is now my creative writing site and this is where everything freelance will be. You will see posts here about freelance in general and about projects and things that I’m working on.
If you have any questions you would like to see me answer here, please feel free to contact me through the Contact page or leave a comment on any post and I would be happy to answer you with a post of my own. I will let you know when it is posted so you can read the answer to your question(s).
Working from home as a freelance writer does afford you many freedoms. You can work in your pajamas. You can work from your bed, your office, or your couch at home. But perhaps every once in a while you want to work outside the home and rent a shared office space, go to a coffee shop, or a bookstore. You can work during the day, or you can work after the kids go to sleep.
However, every freelance writer needs a freelance writing work schedule. It’s vital to making sure you stay on task and get all of your work done every day. And it’s also vital to ensuring that you end your day at a specific time so that you don’t over work yourself and cause burnout.
You also have freedom when deciding how you want your schedule to look, and what is the best way to maintain it.
